We are looking to hire a lead contractor/ handyman to work with us in renovating local properties. This job will include working on different properties often and doing different jobs daily as well as leading the direction of the job for less experienced guys on the job. Knowledge of all aspects of a home remodel is required for this position. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground level of a small but quickly growing business. We buy and renovate 2-3 homes a month and every job will be different. We are offering a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding opportunity. This position will include the following:

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties
- Renovate and remodel residential properties. This will Include doing flooring, drywall, painting, renovating bathrooms and kitchens, etc
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Handle plumbing and carpentry tasks
- Paint and touch up surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner if needed

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret checklists
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
